[Blazingcache-dev] Cutting 2.3.0 soon

Hi all,
We have committed an important bug fix
https://github.com/diennea/blazingcache/pull/164

and an general update of libraries in order to make the build and
blazingcache-services package run on JDK14
https://github.com/diennea/blazingcache/pull/163

I am going to cut a release soon
