[Herddb-dev] bench herd with bookkeper wall

Hi,
I remaked the bench using Bookeeper wall,
I didn't see any problems or regression compared with standalone wall.
Compared with mysql 5.7 we are very fast more in Read mode ( it was what I expected using bookkeeper).
