[Herddb-dev] Cutting 0.17.0

Hi all,
We did lot of improvements on current master.
It is time to release 0.17.0.

As a follow up I will update the wiki regarding:
- new SQL features (DATETIME functions)
- new JDBC driver features
- new OpenJPA provider

Once HerdDB 0.17.0 lands to Maven Central I will send PR to OpenJPA in
order to contribute there the OpenJPA provider
