[Herddb-dev] Adding GitHub Actions

Hi,
it look like Travis is no more trendy.

I am testing GitHub actions
https://github.com/diennea/herddb/pull/664

What about dropping Travis once GitHub actions is fully working ?

Pros:
- there are lots of actions already available
- it looks more stable
- better support for JDK (?)
- it is easier to maintain (?)
- it is the current trend
- it is from GitHub, I expect it to be better integrated
