[Herddb-dev] Cutting 0.16.0 soon

Hi,
we have a lot of stuff on 0.16.0.
EmailSuccess tests are running well

I think it is time to cut a release.

We will also have the talk about HerdDB at Pulsar Summit and 0.16.0 has the
"Diskless cluster" preview feature that is really cool + Consistency Checker
