[Herddb-dev] R: Releasing 0.15?

Since we need to switch to a new bench system (the old machine is no more available) we are going to switch all the bench to run only on BookKeeper.

Are we ready for 0.15?

We did great enhancements, in particular about network failures and we learned a lot of corner case pitfalls.
We also upgraded Calcite (thank you Amit for working on this long standing issue)

We should perform a few benchmarks.
I am a little sorry that we didn't have time to include the new consistency checker from Hama, hopefully we will see it on 0.15.1 or 0.16
