[Majordodo-users] Dynamic Code deployment feature preview

Hi,
I committed the first prototype of MAJ-40 which will allow dynamic code deployment

Now in order to setup a basic Majordodo env an user should only follow these steps:

-          Unzip Majordodo-xxxx-.zip

-          bin/service broker start

-          bin/service worker start

-          Run client submission code from any machine, using authenticated (administrator) user (see the example in MAJ-40)

No more need to deploy custom task implementations JAR to the "extra" directory

The feature is targeted for 0.20.0 release which will be production ready for mid January 2016
